About Bonita Springs

Bonita Springs, Florida, is located in Southwest Florida between Naples and Fort Myers. It features fantasic weather, beaches, restaurants, golf, fishing, entertainment, and more. The population has more than doubled since the year 2000 with over 40,000 residents, and there is a much higher number of people during the season as vacationers come down to visit (usually between January through April). Much of the real estate, such as homes, lots, and condos, has fallen significantly in value due to the current housing downturn, and there are some great buying opportunities for people looking to move to this wonderful city permanently or for a vacation home. Vacation rentals are also very popular here during the high season, but obviously expect to pay more during this time period.
